O sujeito não está mais apenas ávido de bem-estar material; é também ávido por conforto psíquico e amparo. Para isso, busca alternativas oferecidas pelo mercado e pelas ciências para aplacar a sua falta estrutural. Neste caso, o consumo de gadgets, bem como de medicamentos, esconde todo um processo ideológico de entorpecimento e gozo. Políticas amplas se estendem para a adaptação do sujeito à regra da sociedade: goze! Pensamos que essa relação dos sujeitos com os bens de consumo gerou certa mudança em como estruturam seu aparelho psíquico e consequentemente suas relações no laço social, especialmente em relação ao supereu. Por isso, o objetivo neste artigo é refletir como a medicalização na sociedade contemporânea causa entorpecimento e gozo, estruturando assim a ideologia da felicidade artificial que impede a luta dos sujeitos por mudanças sociais e políticas.

Abstract
The person is not anymore only avid of material well-being; it is also avid for psychological comfort and support. For that, he searches alternatives offered by the market and by the sciences to placate his structural lack. In this case, the consumption of gadgets, as well as of medicines, hides the entire ideological process of numbness and joy. The policies are stretch out for the adaptation of the person to the rule of the society: enjoy itself! We think that this relation of the persons with the consumer goods they produced certain change in as they structure their psychic apparatus and consequently their relations in the social bond, especially regarding the superego. Therefore, the aim of this article is to how the medicalization in the contemporary society causes numbness and joy, structuring as well the ideology of the artificial happiness that obstructs the struggle of the persons for social and political changes.
