A dimensão do acolhimento em unidade de pronto atendimento (UPA): um olhar na perspectiva do serviço social

O acolhimento diz respeito ao envolvimento do profissional de saúde no primeiro contato com o sofrimento do cliente, ouvir sua dor, envolver-se com respeito e profissionalismo para atender sua necessidade. Vai muito além do acolhimento somente por classificação de risco. É uma ação tecno-assistencial que pressupõe a mudança da relação profissional/usuário e sua rede social por meio de parâmetros técnicos, éticos, humanitários e de solidariedade, reconhecendo o usuário como sujeito e participante ativo no processo de produção. Diante disto, esse artigo tem como objetivo analisar a dimensão do acolhimento nos serviços de saúde pública.  Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura realizada nas bases de dados como periódicos da CAPES; LILACS e SciELO. Conclui-se que a atuação do profissional de assistente social tem um olhar amplo sobre o usuário do SUS. Sugere-se que o acolhimento deva-se ir além do método formal e tecnicista. Voltando-se para a pessoa como olhar integral e igualitário. Este estudo sugere novas investigações sobre as temáticas na dimensão do acolhimento humanizado, no atendimento à saúde, nos serviços do SUS.

ABSTRACT

Hosting regards the involvement of health workers in the first contact with the patient in pain, listen to his/her complaint, show respect and professionalism to meet his/her need. Classify the patient’s risk goes far beyond hosting. A technical health care action presupposes the change of professional / user relationship and their social network through technical, ethical, humanitarian and solidary parameters. Such action recognizes the user as a subject and an active participant in the production process. Then, this paper aims to examine the importance of hosting in the public health services. This study is a literature review based on databases such as CAPES; LILACS and SciELO journals. It is concluded that the role of the professional social worker has a broad view over the NATIONAL HEALTH SYSTEM users. It is suggested that hosting should go beyond technicalities and formal method. It should see people as full and equal beings. This study suggests new researches on humanized hosting in health attendance and in the NHS services.
