This article aims to highlight the importance of Philosophy Teaching in the training of students enrolled in Distance Learning modality, as well as the possibilities to motivate them through active actions that foster the dialog process in a virtual environment. It is known that the discussion about the importance of Philosophy Teaching is a recurrent theme in recent years in Brazil, since there are research centers formed by professors who investigate and debate on the role of the discipline in the training of these subjects in the classroom model. Our question is: what would this process of teaching in the distance learning mode be? Thus, it is important to highlight some basic characteristics experienced in the discipline of philosophy in recent years. Thus, it is considered that the online Philosophy Teaching in a virtual environment can generate the conceptual understanding even if at a distance, as well as the culture of belonging.
