Abstract

Digital technologies are present in the most diverse segments of our society. In schools it would be no different. However, the presence of technologies in the classroom raises some questions: are technologies not used as mere updates of pedagogical practices already aged and, now, only invigorated by screens, games, applications etc.? Is the insertion of technologies in the classroom synonymous of improvement in the quality of education? In the functions performed by teachers, is it necessary to add I.T. training? So many questions and few answers. In this game between technophobes and technophiles, a perception accompanies us: the time of the Agora is not now. The time of instruction and education does not follow the speed of technologies, because to build up reason and sensibility demands time and permanent interest.
