This paper presents the 4 teachers in Education, Science and Technology (ETS) reflections about COVID19 pandemic in the field of teaching. We consider that in pandemic times the personal and professional spheres were crossed by fears, crises, anguishes and among these abysses the greater meaning of the term hope pushed us to try to survive amidst uncertainties. Since the perception of women associated with care is understood as a cultural, social and historical issue by means of the cartography methodology we tense the limits of the classic discourse of the double/triple work day and the dichotomy between domestic work and productive work to present points that stood out in the authors’ view regarding the overburdening of women. The report concludes by emphasizing the need to overcome the common sense of “universalized” access to technologies and even more that this access when it exists necessarily influences people’s lives in a positive way. It is also emphasized that the pandemic provided reflections associated with the new demands of teaching and distance learning, referring to a practice accompanied by human and amorosity.
