The purpose of this article is to analyze the trajectory of two women mothers, considering their experience reports. Describe what they have experienced during the pandemic as mothers; and if, and how, Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDICs) offered possibilities for optimizing their practices, emphasizing their professionalism, rights, and well-being, even with young children under 6 years old. In the present record, the itineraries of maternity before the COVID-19 pandemic and the beginning of maternity are described together with the beginning of the health crisis, in which social distancing measures were necessary. In this context, the experience report from the point of view of Daltro and Faria (2019) is used, considering that it is a qualitative study. The discussion highlighted commonalities in both reports, reflecting on the polyvalence and female overload. The theoretical background allowed to discuss the role of women in the division of labor, questions about the patriarchal society, and to reflect on the benefits of the use of TDICs during remote teaching, also pointing out the problems associated with this use, arising from economic differences. The final considerations point to the relevance of discussions about gender, pandemic, social classes, motherhood, and female versatility and about the space for sharing with the community so that other learning can be fostered, within the most diverse contexts, from the inclusion of TDICs in the processes.
